How far in advance should I book?
For airport arrivals and weekend rentals, 48 hours is generally workable. For family convoy bookings with multiple vehicles, we suggest reaching out at least five to seven days ahead — it allows time to confirm vehicle availability and map the schedule properly.
What types of vehicles does cosantesis offer?
The self-drive fleet includes sedans, SUVs, and coupés. Chauffeured and convoy bookings use spacious saloons and larger people carriers suitable for families with luggage. Specific vehicle availability is confirmed at the time of booking.
Is comprehensive insurance included in the weekend rental?
Yes. The Weekend Discovery Rental rate includes comprehensive insurance cover. Full details of what is included are provided in your booking confirmation, and our team is happy to go through the coverage before you drive.
Can you handle multiple family members arriving on different flights?
Absolutely. The Family Reunion Convoy service is built for exactly this kind of situation. Share the arrival details with us — flight times, terminal, number of passengers per vehicle — and we'll put together a coordinated schedule.
Do you provide child car seats?
Child seats can be arranged for family bookings when requested in advance. Please mention the ages and number of children in your enquiry so we can confirm the right setup before your travel date.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight arrivals and adjust accordingly for the Arrival Welcome Drive service. If your schedule shifts on a self-drive rental, contact us through the support channel and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary by service and timing. We aim to be flexible when plans change — please contact us as early as possible and we'll work through the options with you.
