1. Definitions

• "cosantesis" or "we" refers to cosantesis, with registered address at 152 Beach Road, #07-10, Gateway East, Singapore 189721.
• "Service" refers to any car hire, arrival transfer, or convoy coordination arranged through our website or direct communication.
• "Client" or "you" refers to any individual or organisation booking or using a Service.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions together with any booking confirmation issued by us.
• "Vehicle" refers to any car, SUV, or coupé provided as part of a Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is formed when you submit a booking enquiry or confirm a booking with cosantesis. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. By proceeding, you confirm both of these conditions are met.

3. Service Description

cosantesis offers the following services, subject to availability at the time of booking:

• Arrival Welcome Drive — Meet-and-greet at Changi Airport with transfer to a Singapore address. Duration approximately 45–90 minutes. SGD 340 per booking.
• Weekend Discovery Rental — Self-drive vehicle hire from Saturday morning to Sunday evening. Includes fuel, insurance, GPS, and pocket guide. SGD 880 per booking.
• Family Reunion Convoy — Coordinated multi-vehicle transport for group travel, typically 6–12 hours. Two to six vehicles. SGD 2,150 per booking.

Service availability is subject to vehicle and staff availability. cosantesis will inform you promptly if a requested service cannot be fulfilled as described.

4. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon written acknowledgement from cosantesis (by email). Submission of a contact form or enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including travel dates, passenger numbers, arrival times, and any special requirements. Errors in information provided may affect service delivery.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are fixed at the time of booking confirmation and will not change after that point unless there is a material change to the scope of service requested.

Additional charges may apply for: significant route deviations requested during service, waiting time beyond agreed tolerance periods, or optional add-ons (such as additional child seats beyond what is included).

6. Cancellations and Amendments

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 48 hours before service — Full refund or free rescheduling
• 24–48 hours before service — 50% charge of the total booking value
• Less than 24 hours before service — Full charge applies
• No-shows — Full charge applies with no refund

cosantesis reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service in circumstances outside our reasonable control (see clause 12). In such cases, a full refund will be offered.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Be present at the agreed time and location for service commencement
• Ensure all passengers are ready for departure when a driver arrives
• Treat cosantesis staff and vehicles with reasonable care
• Not use vehicles for any unlawful purpose or transport prohibited materials
• Return self-drive vehicles in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear
• Hold a valid Singapore driving licence (or IDP for international visitors) for any self-drive service

8. Vehicle Use (Weekend Discovery Rental)

Self-drive vehicles are to be operated only within Singapore and the approved Johor Bahru cross-causeway zone (if confirmed in advance). Clients driving outside of Singapore must inform cosantesis prior to departure; additional insurance arrangements may be required.

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Damage beyond normal wear, including interior staining, tyre damage, or collision damage not covered by insurance, will be assessed and charged to the client accordingly.

All vehicles are inspected before and after each rental. A pre-rental condition report will be provided at handover.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cosantesis website — including text, images, layouts, and service descriptions — is owned by or licensed to cosantesis. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided in good faith on an "as available" basis. cosantesis does not warrant that services will always be available or entirely without disruption. We do not accept responsibility for third-party service failures (such as flight delays, road closures, or venue unavailability) that affect service delivery.

Route navigation and landmark commentary provided during Arrival Welcome Drives are offered as a courtesy and do not constitute formal travel advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, cosantesis's total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service booking.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including missed flights, missed events, or loss of income, arising from service delays or disruptions outside our control.

12. Force Majeure

cosantesis is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, public health directives, road closures, or acts of government authority. We will notify you as promptly as possible and offer a reschedule or full refund as appropriate.

13. Termination of Service

cosantesis reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service without refund if a client behaves in a manner that endangers the safety of our staff, other passengers, or the vehicle. This includes aggressive conduct, intoxication, or deliberate misuse of the vehicle.

14. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve any concerns directly. Please contact us at [email protected] in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre may be considered as an alternative to litigation, where both parties agree.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement — These terms, together with any confirmed booking correspondence, constitute the full agreement between cosantesis and the client.
• Severability — If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver — Failure by either party to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
• Assignment — You may not assign your rights under this agreement without prior written consent from cosantesis.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For active bookings already confirmed, the terms in place at the time of confirmation apply.
